A pilot program for Africans and other foreigners in Germany who want to better understand heart health, warning signs, and prevention.

Many people live with high blood pressure, stress, and hidden heart risks without knowing it. This small-group education program will help you recognize warning signs early, understand heart failure better, and learn practical steps to protect themselves and their families.

  4. – What families should do in an emergency.
